Be an Internet Safety Champion

Our students have a terrific amount of access to information and infinite methods for communication via the information. With that access comes a need for education and accountability. Many educators struggle to keep up with all that comes with greater access. We reach out to you to partner with us to held build strong internet capable students. Please monitor use by your student. We encourage regular conversations about internet safety. Check out https://beinternetawesome.withgoogle.com/en/ for information on how you can support your student. 

Family Reading Night

Family reading night is coming up this Friday, March 9th from 5:30-7:00 in the MPR. Come join us. Every student gets a free book just coming (while supplies last). Volunteer sign up at https://tinyurl.com/ybapk4hx

Report Card Conferences

Report card conferences are coming up next week, 3/14-3/16. Remember, those days are minimum days with dismissal at 11:50 (grades 1-5) and 11:40 (ALL K and TK). Lunch service is available during the day.

Welcome to another week at Cordelia Hills! We look forward to our final ramp up to Wednesday's Fun Run. Check out the blog below for information on the Fun Run, the week, and report card conferences.  Top Highlights •  Coyote Color Run takes place this Wednesday, November 8th. The run  schedule is set with: TK-K @ 10:00 4-5 @ 11 1-3 @ 12:30 The run will take place on the Upper Field.  Funrun.com  is open and is accepting online pledges for support of STEAM funding at Cordelia Hills. Seeing smiling faces and kids enjoying the evening is always the best and your hard work, determination, time, and donations made it happen Friday night! Go Coyotes! Parent Requests Many of you have asked if you can request a teacher for your child. The short answer is no. We work hard as a staff to ensure our classes are balanced in academics, behaviors, gender, diversity and size. Thank you for trusting us with your child. MAP Testing District benchmark MAP testing has begun in grades 1-5. The end of year assessments take place in both ELA and math and will be reported on the end of year report card. Thank you for your support in making sure your child is at school everyday!
