Hello everyone! 5 more days before Spring Break! Please remember to make sure you are here and on-time. Next week is Spring Spirit Week with 5 dress-up days (see below). We can't wait to see you next week.  PTA Needs a Secretary for Next Year Hello Cordelia Hills members, w e need your help! We must have the SECRETARY role fulfilled for the 2018/2019 PTA school year or we won't have a PTA Board which equals to NO EVENTS for the entire school year! It is a required role for the PTA to continue. The secretary role is a note taker for the General and Executive meetings along with some other small duties. Mr. Amos Day @ Cordelia Hills Notes and Updates for this week are below! Spring Spirit Week @ CHE Student leadership voted to hold a Spring Spirit Week. The dress up dates they've selected include: Monday, 3/19 : Dress-Up Like Your Favorite Teacher/Staff Member Day Tuesday, 3/20 : Dress-Up Like Your Parent Day Wednesday, 3/21 : Twin Day--Pair up with a friend and come dressed as twins Thursday, 3/22 : Imagination Day--Students use their imagination in a mash-up of wacky and crazy dress up. Teachers can also celebrate imagination by encouraging innovation/making in the class that day. Friday, 3/23 : Dress-Up like Your Favorite Book or Movie Character Day (class reads favorite book or watches favorite movie).  Report Card Conferences Report card conferences are coming up this week, 3/14-3/16. Remember, those days are minimum days with dismissal at 11:50 (grades 1-5) and 11:40 (ALL K and TK). Lunch service is available during the day. Please note t

Be an Internet Safety Champion Our students have a terrific amount of access to information and infinite methods for communication via the information. With that access comes a need for education and accountability. Many educators struggle to keep up with all that comes with greater access. We reach out to you to partner with us to held build strong internet capable students. Please monitor use by your student. We encourage regular conversations about internet safety.
