Coyote Family Update for 12/4

Welcome to another week at Cordelia Hills. This week is the "Hour of Code". The week-long event promotes at least 1 hour of coding for all students in all grades over the course of the week. Check out Hour of Code for more information.

Highlights

 • The Winter Festival: Our annual holiday event is coming up this Friday, December 8th from 5-8 p.m. in the MPR. All families are welcome. More information is located here. If you are able to help volunteer, please check out our volunteer sign-up. We can't wait to see you all Friday evening!

 • Attendance Highlights: Mrs. Chun-Remick and Mrs. Noble had top attendance numbers for last week. In fact, Mrs. Chun-Remick has only had one absence and one tardy over the course of the last two weeks. Last week, Thursday only had 14 student absences. Help us reach our school goal of at least 97% attendance by committing to coming to school everyday. I know we can top that goal and beyond.

News and Other Information

• Holiday Hope: Each year, our school (and many schools/individuals) participate in Holiday Hope where we adopt families in need during the holiday period. Each morning and afternoon, our PTA is set up at the entry way to the school. They have a list of needed things for the families that we have adopted. We appreciate any help you can give.
